TERMS OF SERVICEBy commissioning me, you agree to the following terms.01 - COMMISSION ACCEPTANCEI reserve the right to decline or refuse any commission for any reason.A commission is only considered accepted once I have confirmed it and provided you with a final price.Please do not send payment until your commission has been confirmed.02 - REVISIONSReasonable revisions are allowed during the sketching stage.Once the sketch has been approved and I have started rendering, major changes may require an additional fee.Changes caused by my own mistakes will not cost extra.03 - TURNAROUNDMy usual turnaround is around 1-2 weeks, but this is an estimate rather than a guaranteed deadline.Turnaround may vary depending on the complexity of the commission, my current workload, revision requests, or other circumstances.If you need your commission by a specific date, please let me know before commissioning.04 - CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDSIf you cancel before I have started working on your commission, I will refund you.Once I have started working, refunds may not be available depending on how much work has already been completed.If I am unable to complete your commission for reasons on my end, I will arrange an appropriate refund.05 - PERSONAL USEUnless otherwise agreed, commissioned artwork is for personal use only.You may use your artwork for things such as:Profile pictures
Wallpapers
Personal social media
Personal websites
Character references
Other personal projectsYou may not resell the artwork or use it to generate profit without discussing commercial rights with me first.06 - COMMERCIAL USEIf you intend to use the artwork commercially, please tell me before commissioning.Commercial use includes, but is not limited to:Merchandise

Other uses intended to generate profitCommercial rights may require an additional fee depending on how the artwork will be used.07 - REPOSTING & CREDITYou are welcome to repost your commissioned artwork.Please credit me when doing so.You may not claim the artwork as your own work or remove my signature/watermark.08 - ARTIST RIGHTSI retain the rights to the artwork I create.Unless otherwise agreed, I may display completed commissions in my portfolio, social media, commission examples, or other promotional material.If you do not want your commission posted publicly, please let me know.09 - AI & NFTSMy artwork may not be used to train, develop, or improve generative AI systems.Please do not upload my artwork to AI image generators or use it as an AI training/reference dataset.My artwork may not be sold or used as an NFT.10 - COPYRIGHTED CHARACTERSFanart and copyrighted characters are accepted at my discretion.The rights to existing characters, franchises, and other intellectual property remain with their respective owners.11 - DEADLINES & RUSH ORDERSIf you require your commission by a specific date, please tell me before payment.Rush commissions are possible depending on my schedule and may require an additional fee.12 - COMMUNICATIONPlease make sure to clearly communicate what you want before I begin on the final work.Once a sketch or major stage has been approved, changes to previously approved elements may require an additional charge.13 - FINAL FILEThe completed artwork will be delivered digitally in a JPG/PNG format.The final artwork will be provided after the commission has been completed and all agreed-upon payments have been received.14 - GENERALBy commissioning me, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms of Service.If you have any questions or are unsure whether your commission fits these terms, please ask before sending payment.Thank you for supporting my art! - Etc.I'll always give you a final quote before payment, so you'll know the price beforehand.
